    Charming property with super friendly staff providing great service. Nice building and rooms, complete with herbal tea. - Outdoor restaurant available for all meals. - A perfect way to conclude our vacation.

    Above average and excellent breakfast with variety of choices. The room was spotless and complete with slippers, a nice view, fresh robes. Marvellous location in a comfortable area just off the Xochicalco pyramids, and the shops.

    the hotel was well-maintained and wonderful. the food was outstanding. 3. the location was magnificent. 4. It was a maximum of a 10-minute walk to the lake. 5. the restaurant was lovely for every meal and budget.

    The hotel is conveniently located near water activities and shops. the room was bright, clean, and perfect for a one-night stay. - the view of the lake from the hotel is absolutely stunning. - the staff was responsive and provided great service.

    The hotel decor was attractive and the property was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area had a lovely atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying margaritas. The food at the restaurant was of good quality and well prepared. The hotel also offered various activities on the lake, providing plenty of entertainment options.

    There were some noise disturbances at night due to the party scene in the area. The air conditioning in the room was quite loud.

    The location near the lake is astonishing, with beautiful plants and trees. The staff is friendly, and the gym is small but comfortable. The area is quiet, perfect for rest.
